We adopted a new production and sealing technique to fill the laser tube with CO2, to guarantee its high quality and stability. C8 laser tube is very popular to cut thick materials, with a lifespan of 10000 hrs and a power between 150W-180W.
Components:
Laser tubes resonance and electrode are made of glass, a discharge tube, water-cooling set, gas storage set, and trachea with GG17 material. The laser is sealed by a three layers pipe: the inside one is the discharging tube, the middle one is a water-purify set and the outside layer is for gas storage. The reflection rate of the gold membrane speculum is near 10.6um (more than 98%); the output speculum adopts 10.6um of radiation as basis as well as the multi-layer medium membrane.
Electrode: CO2 laser instruments generally adopt the cold cathode cylindrical shape, the negative pole material selection has a great influence on life-span; and the basic requirement is to keep a low sputter rate, small gas absorption rate and to use nickel as metal material.
