This hard plastic ring is the bottom insulator in the lower section of the nozzle body on the Non Contact Cutting Head of a Mark II or NTX. Hard Plastic has the advantage of not breaking as easily as Ceramic and not melting as easily as Teflon. The ring fits on the bottom of the Copper Nozzle Holders (M105U0 and M105U1).
